Sale Order Terms and Conditions

• All orders are subject to overruns or underruns of 5 - 7%. If exact quantities are requested, we will do everything possible to accommodate, but they will be  subject to 7 % charge.

• The Magnet Group will select preferred ship methods as instructed on purchase orders but will not be liable for delayed deliveries where UPS or other carriers have suspended their guaranteed services.

• This item may be subject to additional tariffs imposed by the US Federal Government in the future not included in this price. Should this occur, this tariff will be passed on to our customers at our cost.

• Due to the macroeconomic climate, including fluid tariff fluctuations, all final pricing is subject to change

• Applicable sales and use taxes will be collected and remitted where required by law in states where we have nexus, including but not limited to CA, TX, KY, SC, NV, MO, and GA (list subject to change), unless a valid exemption or resale certificate is provided in a form acceptable to us prior to shipment. Customers remain responsible for any use tax or other tax obligations in their jurisdiction to the extent not collected by the seller. • We accept payment by electronic check (ACH) or debit card at no charge, for credit card payments they are subject to a 2.99 % convenience fee.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Franklin County, MO.

• Changes: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order governs.

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force.
